With the intention to create good and preserve the values of Thai cuisine, she has established important organizations to impart knowledge in the field of food and nutrition, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These organizations aim to promote the essence of Thai culture and proudly showcase the wisdom of Thailand, which both Thai people and foreigners appreciate.

1. Wandee Culinary Art School, for providing short courses related to Thai and international cuisine and culinary skills.
2. Wandee Culinary Technological College, offering professional certificate programs and higher professional certificates in food and nutrition, as well as continuing bachelor's degree programs.
3. Wandee Media Company, to create artistic works through entertainment media, such as Thai movies that celebrate the value of Thai cuisine, like the film "Prik Kang" and the television program "Rod Chart Thai."

She has held various significant positions directly related to the branches in which she works, with the aim of imparting knowledge to students and organizations for educational purposes.

• She has received the Royal Insignia of the Knight Grand Cross (First Class) for teaching Thai cuisine and Thai desserts at the School of Crafts for Women by royal permission of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand.
• She provided insight into the royal tradition during the reign of King Rama V when he visited Europe to emphasize the diplomatic relations between Thailand and Hungary.
• She promoted Thai cuisine and hosted important guests from Thailand at the Embassy of Thailand in Hungary to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Hungary.
• She trained in Thai cooking in Taiwan under the Ministry of Commerce's "Thai Kitchen to the World" program.
• She trained Thai labor in Hong Kong and organized the National Labor Skill Standards Testing by the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor.

Professor Wandee Na Songkhla has provided training to Thai chefs in a practical cooking program for entrepreneurs through the Department of Industrial Promotion's Food Institute.

• She served as a judge in various food-related competitions.
• She was the Chairman of the Food Competition Committee of the Community Product Development Association of Thailand, which is held annually in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand from 1999 to the present (2542 – present).
• She was a judge in the World Pad Thai Championship organized by the Matichon newspaper in 2007 (2550).
• She served as a judge for the auspicious food competition at the Ayutthaya Long-Stay Event in 2010 (2553). She was a committee member of the Intellectual Property project. She was a judge in the "Iron Chef Thailand" TV show that aired on Channel 7.
• She was a committee member of the Prime Minister Award project by the Ministry of Commerce. She was a committee member for selecting Thai Select restaurants to promote Thai restaurants and Thai ingredient usage in Thailand by the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
• She was a committee member for selecting Thai products for export by the Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce.

Professor Wandee Na songkhla also has used her expertise to create valuable works for the local community or the nation.

• She has been recognized with special contributions from King Rama IX, who allowed her to compile the history of Thai food in the Youth Encyclopedia Volume 13 in 1989 (2532).
• She has also been recognized by Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand for compiling information about the eating culture of different regions in Thailand in the Youth Encyclopedia. Furthermore, she was invited by the "Thai Trade Center New York" as an expert to promote Thai food culture in literary work in Dallas, Houston, Denver, Atlanta, and New York in the Thai Gems Fair 1985 (2528). She was also invited by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, to participate in Food Fair'86 in Hong Kong in 1986 (2529).
• She has authored over 50 books on Thai food and culture to pass on her knowledge and promote Thai cuisine to the younger generation.

She has been appointed by government agencies to oversee standards, including:

• Wandee Culinary Art School as a testing site for the National Labor Skill Standards by the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor.
• Wandee Culinary Art School as a National Labor Skill Standards Testing Center Level 1-2 by the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor.
• Wandee Culinary Technological College as a National Labor Skill Standards Testing Center Level 1-2 by the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor. Various professional qualification certification agencies for restaurant owners, Thai chefs, savory cooks, and dessert cooks by the Professional Qualification Institute, Office of the Prime Minister.
