- Fruit and vegetables advanced carving : 3 days
- Food theory : 1 day
- Food calculation for catering service: 1 day
- Art of napkin : 1 day
- Banana

Certificate at completion of this course:
Certificate from Ministry of Education, Thailand (150 hours)
Course outcomes:
- To ensure real experiences and well practice, students
shall learn cooking 1 set per 2 persons.
- We provide continuous learning schedule. Course can be started any day and
continue to advance course on the next day.
- Keep learning schedules if notify in advance when absence. Able to reschedule
in next round.
Training details:
- Number of training days is 20 days for 150 hours.
- Learning from Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday. Start from 9.30 am
onward.
- Students shall attend at least 80% of total training days to be entitled to
perform testing and pass this course.
Application details:
- 6 Pictures 2x2 inches (not older than 6 months)
- 1 set of personnel identification or passport copy
- Open every day for registration from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Course fee: 55,000Thai Baht (Pay 10,000THB extra to learn cooking
individual for the whole course)
(Including ingredients, utilities, training
documents, and one set of practice uniform (850THB) , carving knife (200THB),
carving book (350THB)
VISA for staying in Thailand
Any student who plan to study
for basic course and require VISA staying in Thailand, please contact
registration office. We will arrange for 6 months VISA staying to complete
the whole course.
