• To teach our students using learning by doing concept. The real practice including preparing ingredients, cooking or carving by themselves will improve skills and expertise. The way we teach is easy to learn. Our student will also
learn how to prepare chili paste, dipping sauce, seasoning sauce, etc. At completion of the course, student can cook and carve by themselves with standard taste.
• To build skills for cooking, carving for fruit and vegetables, flower decoration, banana leaves decoration, serving, etc. At completion of the course, student shall become perfect cooking personnel that suit the world's needs.

Wandee Culinary Thai Cooking Testing institute is to serve cooking personnel who plan to work abroad or any countries in the world. The testing personnel are to gain certificate accredited by Labor development, Ministry of labor after pass the test.
The main objective of Thai Cooking testing is to be entrant paper for any personnel who plan to work in any Thai restaurant abroad. |
